Your privacy choices
This page explains the privacy choices available to you, in particular under the privacy laws of California, Utah and other US states. Customers in the UK, the EEA and Switzerland will find their rights in section 6 of our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or share your personal information
ULVERONI does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, analytics tools or social media plugins, and we do not build profiles about you.
We pass personal information only to the service providers we need to complete your order: our hosting provider, payment providers, our fulfilment partner and shipping carriers. The full list is in the Privacy Policy.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. You do not need to do anything else.
Opt-out request
Although we do not sell or share personal information, you can still send us an opt-out request at any time. Email support@ulveroni.com with the subject “Do not sell or share”, or use the contact form, and include your name and email address. You do not need an account.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to support@ulveroni.com or call +1 (254) 249-2894.
- Verification: we confirm your identity by matching the details you give us, such as your email address and an order number, with our records.
- Response time: we respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we tell you why.
- Retention: we may need to keep order records for tax and accounting purposes even after a deletion request, but we then use them for nothing else.
- Authorised agents: you may ask someone to make a request for you. The agent must provide your signed permission, and we may ask you to confirm your identity directly.
- Appeals: if we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. If the appeal is also declined, we explain how to contact your state attorney general.
- No discrimination: using your privacy rights will never affect the prices, service or quality you receive from us.
