Delivery & duties
We deliver to the United Kingdom, the United States, 20 eurozone countries, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Switzerland. Every order travels by tracked standard delivery at one flat rate, shown in your bag and at checkout before you pay.

The rate is the same whatever is in your bag. There is no free-shipping threshold and no express option at the moment. We do not deliver to countries not listed above.
Prices and currency
Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country, with its ISO code (for example £34 GBP or €39 EUR). You can choose your delivery country with the “Ship to” selector in the header; the country you enter at checkout decides the currency and delivery rate of your order.
When your order leaves
We prepare orders within 1–3 business days of payment (Monday to Friday). When your parcel is handed to the carrier, we email you a tracking link. Delivery times are counted from dispatch and are estimates, not guarantees; carriers can be slower around public holidays, in remote areas and while a parcel is in customs.
We only sell pieces that are in stock. There are no pre-orders.
If you need to change your delivery address, email us as soon as possible. We can change it only before the order has been dispatched.
Customs, import VAT and duties
Orders are shipped from our fulfilment partner outside your country’s customs territory. If you live in the United Kingdom, the EU, Norway or Switzerland, your parcel is imported when it arrives.
- DOBROSTAMAT Clothing Inc is not registered for VAT in the UK or the EU and does not use the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). Our prices for these countries contain no VAT.
- Your country may charge import VAT, customs duty and a carrier handling fee on delivery. These charges are not part of our price or delivery cost, are set by the authorities and the carrier, and are paid by the recipient.
Sales tax in the United States
Prices for US delivery addresses exclude sales tax. For delivery addresses in Utah, Utah sales tax (currently 6.1%) is added at checkout. We do not currently collect sales tax for other states; if that changes, any tax will be shown at checkout before you pay.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived or arrives damaged, email support@ulveroni.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date, with your order number and, for damage, photos of the parcel and the piece. We will trace the parcel with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
