Withdraw from contract

If you are a consumer in the EU, the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The quickest way is the electronic withdrawal form below: it takes two steps, you do not need an account, and we confirm receipt by email straight away.

Enter your order details in the first step and check them, then confirm your withdrawal in the second step. Once you confirm, we send an acknowledgement of receipt to your email address, showing the content of your withdrawal and the date and time we received it. Within two business days we then email you the return address and instructions.

You can also withdraw by email to support@ulveroni.com, by letter, or with the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page. Using a particular form is not obligatory.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the last good.

You may use the electronic withdrawal function on this page or the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. We will email you the return address; please do not send goods to our business address. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exception: earrings once the hygiene seal is broken

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. Our earrings, including earring gift sets, are delivered in an inner pouch closed with a hygiene seal. Your right of withdrawal for earrings expires once the hygiene seal has been broken. We show this notice on every earring product page before you buy. As long as the seal is intact, you can withdraw from your earring purchase as normal. Rings, pendant necklaces and claw clips are not affected by this exception. Your rights for faulty goods remain unaffected.

Customers in Switzerland and outside Europe

Swiss consumers receive the same 14-day right of withdrawal on the terms set out on this page. All customers, including those in the United States, can also use our 30-day returns policy described under Returns & refunds, and may use the form on this page to start a return.
